The hotel was FUNCTIONAL and fairly clean with amazingly nice and accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location was good, the next bus stop to town, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. And it was also just off the train stations as well as the center of Heidelberg.

The front desk staff of the hotel was the bright spot of the stay. They were professional, multilingual, and helpful. I am a frequent traveler and honestly, I haven't come across a more professional group at the front desk.

The room was adequate, a bit smallish, and the parking was a bit pricey for the area. Even with these two points noted, I would stay here again.

Surprisingly good dinner for this hotel restaurant. And service was excellent as well, even though a later dinner.The internet package seemed fairly reasonable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany this week.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, essential during the hot weather. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options including freshly baked pastries and healthy choices. The staff were responsive, efficiently assisting with my business needs, such as printing documents and providing local transportation information.

It was an average 4 star hotel which looks a bit outdated. The location is ugly and far away of the city (the bus station is about 500m from the hotel). The parking is very expensive and should be free for the customers of the hotel (8 euros per day)

the staff of the hotel ere extremely welcoming and very helpful from checking-in to knowing the best places to eat. The best way to travel around in Heidelberg and other local information.

Units with double bed. Quick check-in, late check-out. Easy parking outside. Great and unbeatable location, a short way from everywhere. Found in a really quiet area;)))

Loved the spacious room with great air conditioning and a fantastic breakfast buffet! The nighttime atmosphere in the lobby was perfect for relaxing too. I'd definitely visit again!

You must drive 4 km from the Hotel to see the sites in Heidelberg. The location is convenient but not very pretty. A good value for the price.

I don't like :to be in a smoking bedroom and I asked for a non smoker , the absence of lift to get up the first floor with big luggage, the decoration worn out and the environment untidy. Too expensive .Poor value for money.
